A new and expanded Mission Hills Vons, located at the corner of Washington and Dove Streets, reopened its doors to the Mission Hills and Hillcrest neighborhoods in March 2012. This event took place Thurday March 8, 2012 at an 8.5 Million Dollar Listing at 1127 F Street in Coronado. This home is the epitomy of luxury and the tour was educational and enlightening. The home tour was open to the public and raised money for Rady Childrens Hospital.

Ken Tablang is an active member of the Metro Area Real Estate Professionals for Young Adult Housing commonly known as MARYAH.

This organiztion hosts several annual events which raise money to benifit The San Diego LGBT Community Center’s Youth Housing Project.

The event takes place at Eden San Diego and is open to the public. Poker seats $40 and guests $15. The evening includes 100 player Vegas Style Poker Tournament, Player’s Lounge, Rulet Table, and Blackjack. All participants and guests will receive tray passed hors d orves and a complementary drink as well as a chance to win one of several give aways.  The winner takes home a valuable grand prize. Fun and entertainment for a good cause!

 Ken Tablang invited to be a special guest on a panal representing the Old “Experienced” Professional Network to discuss Real Estate practice with the Young Professional Network hosted by the Woman’s Council of Realtors February 7, 2012.

The event took place at Admiral Baker Golf Course where the Young Guns and Old School Leaders shared the secrets of their sucess. The meeting began at 11:30 am with open registration and networking, followed by lunch, a message from our past San Diego Association of Realtors’ President Mark Marquez, OPN vs. YPN panal discussion, and ended with 2 raffle drawings.

Those who attended will say that the meeting was inspiring, educational and fun. We look forward to next year’s meeting!
